Services
Every service, one method: hydro vac
ANIC has been an exclusively hydro vac company since 2001. Every service below is a different application of the same discipline — pressurized water and vacuum, in place of steel against buried utilities.
Quick answer
ANIC provides hydro vac excavation across Ontario — daylighting and potholing to expose buried utilities, slot trenching, pole and pile holes, debris cleanout, and emergency call-outs. Pricing is quoted per project; book a truck at (416) 678-2347.
Daylighting / utility exposure
Before design or excavation can proceed, the buried plant has to be seen — not inferred from a drawing. Daylighting uses the hydro vac to expose gas, hydro, fibre and water lines to daylight so their exact position and depth are known facts. Confirm scope with ANIC.
Potholing & test holes
Small-diameter, precise holes that verify a utility's depth and position at specific points along a route. The standard pre-excavation step anywhere locates show congestion. Confirm scope with ANIC.
Slot trenching
Narrow, surgical trenches for new conduit and lines threading through corridors already full of live services — the application where non-destructive digging earns its keep most visibly. Confirm scope with ANIC.
Pole, pile & caisson holes
Vacuum-excavated holes at exact diameter and depth for poles, anchors and piles — no over-dig, no disturbed bedding, no hand-shovel crew in the hole. Confirm scope with ANIC.
Catch basin, culvert & debris cleanout
The vacuum side of the truck on its own: lifting debris and material out of structures and hauling it to a proper disposal facility. Confirm scope with ANIC.
Emergency & essential-service support
ANIC's own site says it plainly: "For Essential Service support and emergency services call us at 416-678-2347 and book a truck." When something buried has failed, the fastest safe way to reach it is water and vacuum.
